I just had work done a couple of weeks ago at the Firestone on Willow and was very impressed. They were quick and looked for discounts for me. They did need to get a part from the Firestone on Jefferson, so maybe the one on Jefferson is the one to try first, I don't know. I have friends who swear that Doc's on West Broad downtown is the best.

Firestone on Jefferson is a joke. I can't prove it but I believe that gouged a hole in my tire and then plugged it to not make it replaceable under the tire warranty. The tire's tread was very low and would have had a prorated warranty if there was not a plug in it. I've never had that tire flat and fixed. I can't prove it, but they were more than shady with me.
I've never used the Firestone on Willow, so I have no opinion on them.

I have been happy with my service from Maggert Tire on Shipley St (just off Jefferson Ave). I've had brakes and tires replaced there. So far so good.

I would go to a dealership. They're more reasonable here than a dealership in a larger city. The local Toyota dealership service department is one of the good ones or was. Things can change fast with turn over and requiring weird things from employees ... that have nothing to do with actual reality..
