does anyone know anything about the flour bluff area? is it a ghetto? or a nice part of town?

Its a mix of bluff rats and everyone else. You can find both there. The school district is one of the better ones though.

It's pretty ghetto. I would not recommend moving there.

Flour Bluff isn't bad. It has improved ALOT over the years, and was definately one of the areas I considered moving to before moving here to Portland. There are a few rough patches there, but you can find those just about anywhere in Corpus.

Unless it has changed dramatically since I lived there in '05, there are way nicer places in Corpus to live.
