I know someone told me what they are doing by the Staples Center ( is that right? ) on the bay front.. is there a link to the plans of what they are doing, any pictures? I found a corpus camera that shows stuff, but its very blurry and I want to know more. Can someone from down there get some pictures and links to the info on what they are doing, please?

Also someone told me there is a big brand new HEB on the bluff.. can someone tell me more?

It is the American Bank Center. And they just built a nice new park there that powers itself with some water fountains and color fx. Also, the Buc Day's Carnival is here.

The new HEB in the Bluff is an HEB Plus like the one on Saratoga and Staples.

If you view the American Bank Center in google maps 1901 North Shoreline Boulevard Corpus Christi, Texas 78403-3040 - Google Maps
then
click on the white "more" box and check "photos", the map will then show you photo icons that were taken in the area, including the park next to it. Such as these Panoramio - Photo of Water Gardens Panoramio - Photo of Water Garden - Corpus Christi, Texas Panoramio - Photo of Art Museum of South Texas

Those are nice and All CptnRn. But not what I am after. If you goto this site: E-Gov Bayfront Web Cam - City of Corpus Christi you can see that down by that convention hall they have redone the road and added a park and someone mentioned it is a new amphitheater or something there. That is what I am looking for pictures of. The water stuff has been there for years according to the CC site for corpus. But thanks for trying to help.

I looked for some pictures online but couldn't find any. It only opened about two weeks ago though.

Looking forward to Gabe's pictures.
