U.S.Senator Chuck Schumer is proposing that there be an American Bill of Rights concerning cruising. Maybe this would regulate safety and enable American passengers to sue in United States courts.

Go, Chuck!

These cruise companies incorporate in various places to avoid their responsibility. The US population is a big chunk of the cruising population and this would make the experience safer for anyone.
