I just read that the boxing match has been canceled. Here is a quote from the promoter:

I actually signed an on-line petition this morning asking that they not go through with it. Public pressure must have prevailed.

Anything to make a buck. It's not like anyone suddenly felt an attack of doing the right thing, it was cancelled due to public outrage. I'm kind of amazed it was cancelled given the way people behave these days. If this puffy Lumpy Rutherford look alike will fight anyone, I'm sure there would still be quite a few takers inviting him to the back alley. Pretty stupid of him really, he opens himself up to more hassles.

Wow, this moron promoter couldn't have predicted that would happen? I could see people making all kinds of threats reference this fight. This creeps assistant said billionaire Alki David had backed the proposed fight for his FilmOn.com online television service. Anything for money, right Alki?
Hurting for money? Maybe so but in December he sold a ghastly painting on Ebay for 100k. He hasn't any other "art" on the site at this time doubt he will either. He's marked for life whether in jail or not, anyone that would hire him would get lots of bad press and lose business. He doesn't have money like O.J had, so what's the poor boy to do.
