A third person has been charged in connection with the beating of a 3-year-old Pennsylvania boy that led to his death.
A mother and her boyfriend are charged with brutally murdering her 3-year-old son.
The mother told police the beating began when the boy would not eat his breakfast.
Gary Fellenbaum and Jillian Tait were arrested on Thursday.
Amber Fellenbaum, Gary Fellenbaum’s wife and a witness to the beatings, has also been arrested. She is charged with child endangerment for not calling police.

I don't condone DP..but grasp your outrage Ernie....But this was a child in a home of a adult male and 1 adult female..killed because of what?? not wanting his breakfast..Maybe find out why..was he sick or tummy upset..or didn't like what was served..What ever happened to timeouts???

No, it is definitely not right. These people will get their punishment in jail. Inmates do not take kindly to child abusers. I just meant that if you do keep looking for these stories this will be all you see and it is extremely depressing. I cannot imagine being a prosecutor or homicide detective. All you would see is the underbelly of people. Many years ago, I ran LP for my location and hated how it affected the way I looked at people.
