I didn't assign blame, but do you feel guilty for him? do you feel guilty for voting for him and putting an incompetent despot into the seat of power with his finger on the nuke button? DON'T! we were all lied to.
It was the Bushes BOTH of them, who initially started suspending the US Constitution. They lied about everything. Obama is just continuing what they started.
That is right it won't solve anything because the populous accepts it and they have NO representatives that will fight for the US Constitution. You now live in the Gulag Nation of America. Step out of line and you will be tazed. beaten up, thrown into jail, all at the hands of the police officer here to "Serve and Protect," no not you, again you are lied to; but the politicians, " serving them and protecting them" at the expense of FREEDOM and dignity of the American citizen.
The American Christian citizen is treated like the Jews of Nazi Germany by DHS, which is the SS of Nazi Germany. The local cops are the Brown shirts of Nazi Germany. Everyday this becomes more apparent as the federal government keeps implementing dictatorship over every aspect of our lives. While the representatives do nothing about this loss of freedom in the nation, and the cops just mindlessly implement "the Kim Jong Il" type dictatorship across the nation. Do these cops not think themselves Americans or just better than all of us and feel the need to bully based on unlawful laws or no laws!

So this is sort of like a stop and frisk but instead of pedestrians it's motorists.

Edit: I'm surprised this guy isn't dead since he was very argumentative and didn't comply. According to some here that's a death penalty offense.

Lord Obama

Who is standing up to him
Constitutional sheriff's

Now.. practical point
DUI checkpoints have been reviewed and deemed legal when administered under constitutional guidelines
Location is broadcast
Stops must be random
Checkpoint must be clearly marked
Anyone has the right to drive away from the checkpoint with an approved bypass route

We run one every month and it is rare not to arrest several offenders... not including warrants ..suspended uninsured drivers... and a host of other crimes... by people who potentially hurt or kill the rest of us.

A DUI is nothing but a murder waiting to happen

DUI cars are better utilized on roving patrol... and are more effective than static checkpoints when the above restrictions are in place. DUI checkpoints come from federal grant money...

Perhaps you might consider another example of government over reach... this example saves lives
The actions of these border patrol (cops) is no different than the local cops. Only you get to blame Obama for the Fed's actions while continuing to excuse the ones you deem to be your "brothers".

Thanks for letting us know the real reason for the checkpoints. And you have the nerve to talk about handouts???

You don't have a Constitutional right to a "terry stop."

You have no probably cause to pull anyone over unless they're breaking a traffic violation.

1. The supreme court in 2005 ruled that police have NO CONSITUTIONAL DUTY to protect someone. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/po...otus.html?_r=0

2. Most crimes at your house are over with by the time the police show up. And Police can make a tame situation into disaster - in fact, it's common.
No indictment for Ga. cops who burned baby with grenade - CNN.com
Death of Kelly Thomas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

3. The police can stop you in your car for a minor infraction, and invent an excuse for no warrant (probable cause) like saying "I smell marijuana and must search your car." And if they find cash, they can take it and you will never get it back. That is why I call them road pirates. In Philadelphia alone: Seize First, Ask Questions Later: Philadelphia Police Take Over $6 Million a Year in Civil Asset Forfeiture | The Institute for Justice

So what are police for? To enforce Statism and protect the state. The police are not there for YOU.

You are better off with a neighborhood watch, guard dogs, security alarms, and firearms than if the police show up at your house.

Most European countries don't have check points even at the borders.

Actually you did. You said "I had NO IDEA this administration has made the USA a gulag and we have no civil rights anymore." You insinuated that Obama crated this problem. If you want to fix something, the first step should be to figure out where it got broken.

Yeah, I was going to comment something similar.

Obama is not a king. Bills are drafted by congress people and senators and are approved before making it to the president.

How about researching the origin of such a bill and then vilify all of the other people who were involved before the bill even reached the president. What about the people who originated the legislation?

Like President Obama or don't like him. But at least have the intelligence and discernment to not accuse the man of things he's not doing or have not done.
