Ignore them until they take some direct action and then unleash hell upon them.
I'm not talking about surgical strikes, I'm talking about dropping daisy cutters on their cities if they take any action against us.
Oh, and we need to not send them, or any other country for that matter, a single dime.
The treaty talks are a joke.
People need to stop thinking we have all this tremendous power to make the world quake like 50 years ago...we have no money for war first off, and no more soldiers who aren't burnt out. No one is about to nuke an entire region, and there is no point anyway to trying...the America haters are all over the world, not in one specific place.
My nephew is going into the Marines this summer when he graduates high school...I would appreciate it if we didn't send him off to war because someone in a crowd of protesters somewhere shouted "Death to America". Life is not a video game.
Iranians have been doing this since the 70's. Does anyone really care? Iraqi's did this too but Republicans wanted to save and protect them. Do you want to save and protect the Iranians too?
THIS. Everyone forgets we actually brought Saadam Hussein to power, deliberately...we need to get it through our heads we can't manipulate other countries and regions and expect there to be no consequences.

Exactly. With the exception of the Soviet Union, all of the US's enemies of the last 50 years have been created by the US. Al-Quaeda, ISIL, Castro, Saddam, Iran...all America's fault.
If they did maybe they'd realize Iran's current situation and hatred of the USA is because of events that America and the UK set in motion in 1953.
There is no hatred of the US in Iran, now or then. What you see is rent a mob at work. They appear on cue and then disperse. Three generations have passed since 1953. Irrelevant today. In fact, the people wish there was another “1953” in 1979 when the original ISIS took over.
This just doesn't sit well with me. I don't think that Iranians chanting "Death to America!" should by downplayed by an American congressman. What is wrong with this guy?
Hasn't it occurred to Congressman Schiff that if the Iranians don't mean it they shouldn't say it? He needs to rethink this.
How do you feel about the American politicians that routinely talk about bombing or invading Iran? Did you have a problem with McCain singing about bombing Iran?
Why do you think Americans should be the only people in the world that are allowed to chant and sing about bringing death to other countries?
The big difference that I see is that Iranians might chant about killing people, but unlike Americans they have not invaded any countries and killed thousands of innocent people.
American politicians don't want their constituencies to think too hard about Iran. If they did maybe they'd realize Iran's current situation and hatred of the USA is because of events that America and the UK set in motion in 1953. Better to pretend they don't really mean it, if you're a Democrat, or that they're a bunch of cavemen terrorists, if you're a repub.
People forget this little nugget. Our meddling over there doesn't do us any favors. Let's not forget the fact that there are those here chanting "death to Iran."
