Her discussion is not really about any color as it is on being tough on Thugs and Criminal kids even at an early age.

One of the problems now is that we are suppose to have race quotas on kids who go to Juvenile Jails.
If these kids were black, there's a good chance there would be an outcry that they were punished for their color.

I like her toughness on criminals I have no pity for violent criminals working with them I have found some common characteristics.

1. Poor impulse control
2. Lack of empathy
3. Victim mentality(never their fault)
4. Sense of entitlement
5. Often a Lower IQ
