YES!!! I cringe every time I pick up an item, be it drink or cereal, while grocery shopping and see that crap. Why does it even exist???

Trans fats ( Crisco) were originally developed as a lubricant for mechanical parts used in heavy industry. Our bodies did not evolve digesting these fats, unlike natural fats, so it merely stores them in the liver.

I always got chided because I bought the box of Lard and not the box of Crisco.
Cigarettes, poisonous and addictive pharmaceuticals and alcohol are fine but don't eat that trans fat! It will kill you!
