I was just reading about this.

Mass extinction event, by definition, is loss of 75% of existing species over a 2 million year period.

Reasons include: weather, effects of asteroid, invasive species (I count US as an invasive species), etc.

Not new. Will happen now. Will happen again.

I know I should care. I do on a certain level but the people in charge of this world are hellbent on ruining it for their own greedy purposes. What can any of us really do?

See, OP?^^^

This is why things won't change. The powerful people have all the power and too many of us little people don't care enough to educate ourselves.

I am not skeptical of science, I am skeptical of the social interpretation of the science (a.k.a the politics behind the science). If science is funded by government then won't the scientists be tilted towards keeping their funding source happy? Science is impartial, the scientists not necessarily so.

Bunk!! That is simply a bill of goods sold to you by faux "scientists" who see a possible opportunity to better themselves as participants in an environmental bureaucracy which, like cancer, will never stop growing until it has destroyed its host. The "global warming" scare is cut from the same cloth, and the "greed" angle is mere pandering to all the dissatisfied losers over there in Left Field

Does your snide comment, which I highlighted, reveal your level of hatred for "these kids"? Get tired of using the word thugs, are you? Shouldn't you be killing blacks at a church somewhere?
Your comment is disgusting. Is that how you reply with hate filled message? Get a life
