Though I like Subway sandwiches & do agree they're probably one of the healthiest "fast food" franchises (at least in the U.S.), I was never fully convinced that Jared lost that much weight just from eating Subway & exercise. I always thought there was more to his weight loss than that.
That being said, I firmly believe innocent until proven guilty as well. Just because an associate of Jared's was a slime-ball, that doesn't mean he is. Unfortunately, because of this, in the eyes of society his career/reputation is probably tarnished for good - even if it's proven that he is innocent of any wrongdoing. We'll see what happens....

I don't know about that or this outcome but find this article very fishy. I think whatever this is, has been going on around a year and half or so. The reason I say that is I use to LOVE Subway and was personally downing a foot long, nearly every other day! Then I just stopped (over night) and never went back for two years. Today was the very first day I have been to Subway in one and a half/ 2years (seriously) and then saw this article in the paper. Something is really wrong in this article. I don't think the full story is out there yet.

Subway will soon hang him.
He's a fool if he didn't save a ton of money to fall back on. Certainly he couldn't expect to be Subway's spokesperson for the rest of his life.
I read an article on Yahoo or MSM a while back, it talked about how much these somewhat famous , serial, commercial pitch people made, (Flo Progressive, Allstate Mayhem Guy) he had made 15million and had been doing it for about 15 years, so about a million a year.
If the FBI comes to one's house and confiscates one's personal computer, files, data, etc., I'll guarantee there was some MAJOR stuff going on.
It's well beyond a "finger pointing" thing or even low hanging fruit.
They're collecting evidence and building a case.
