ok..so now we are only talking about suspects who are shooting at you? Because I don't think the suspect in the car dealership was shooting at anyone, was he?
It doesn't matter. That wasn't a crime punishable by death. All I want is due process for people. You don't have to be an "angel" to get due process, it is supposedly guaranteed by our constitution.
Obviously it does matter. I want due process, too. But no one can get that if they run at a police officer.
