I don't understand why you are incapable of understanding the constitution. You can't pull someone over just because they are black and you have a 'hunch' that they committed a crime any more than you can monitor the monitor the internet activity of all white males just because they commit 91% of all child porn crimes
but you can pull them over for numerous traffic violations....I don't see why you are arguing this point....if I see you driving and I have a hunch, I can pull you over for exceeding the speed limit and after questioning you if I am satisfied you are ok, I can let you off with a warning...."have a nice day"

yes, you can do that and I never claimed that was illegal.
Again and again and again here is a little snippet of a video that we are supposed to base an opinion on with out hearing both sides of the story. Agendas agendas, yawn. How boring.

Should the state also erect signs demanding people not kill each other?
Hmm...the Bible has that covered and most people know not to as is; it's basically common sense.
As far as an arbitrary 100 foot law; how can a cop determine where 100 feet is when writing someone up for that "infraction"? Common sense doesn't apply here. Sure, you can signal your intent 1/2 mile prior but other drivers hate following a car with a turn signal flashing when it means nothing. BTW - you can get a citation for that as well.

We get asked this all time by defense attornies. We have to prove our expertise... sometimes real time in court
When you get sent to traffic school you spend a week estimating speed and distance before you ever pick up a radar gun... you also learn landmarks.. many of which are a set distance .. phone poles ...street signs... many of which are a set distance by engineering and code. At the end of this week if you don't have a 95 percent accuracy with speed you fail that portion.
It isn't rocket science... its just science.

What more do you want? Would you be happier if the video was 18 hours long and showed every moment of his day from the time he got up, until he went to bed? He video taped an incident that most people would find to be ridiculous at best.
We did hear both sides of the incident. We heard to video maker's side, that the cop stopped him without probable cause. We heard the cop's side that he stopped him because he made direct eye contact. I'm willing to accept the cop's side of the story.
