I'm not sure if there is a time limit on what current events are allowed here, or if a thread has already been posted about this before, but this doesn't seem to make much sense to me.
In July 26, 2013, around 5AM, in a Chicago suburb, a 33 year old man, was walking down a street. A 25-year-old female driver offered to drive him home.
The female wanted him to have sex with another female in the back of the car. Some men would take the opportunity to do so, if given. But it gets taken a little too far. She pulled a gun on the man, I mean, why? This man was minding his own business and probably walking home. You offer him a ride home, which is already generous. Then you plan to pull a gun on him and rape him?
This person was also instructed to take off his clothing. THEN, they robbed him of credit cards, and an iphone, and money. What were these people thinking from the start?
He ran into a taxi cab that was driving by, after the headlights distracted the suspects. The victim asked the cab driver for his phone and he took a picture of their license plate. She was held on a $75K bail.

I feel like most women get less harsher penalties for rape, than a male offender would. If this was two men forcibly raping a woman while pulling a gun, I'm sure the penalties would be 10X more serious. Why is that?
Okay, so let's bring this current. What about that Utah teacher (female) who was charged with rape and sodomy of a minor student? She was let out on bail. Why? I personally feel that no matter your gender, if you rape anyone, you should be treated equally in the eyes of the law.
Even crazier is how rapists get off easier than some drug dealers.
