Get the newspaper a tad bit late ?

The budget bill just passed and signed will fund SSDI for 3 years by funneling money from the SS Trust Fund.

Robing him to pay for Paul who goes broke sooner doesn't fix anything. It just exacerbates the problem. At best it's a temporary band-aid to buy time to fix the problem, but ultimately there's only three ways to fix the problem. Entitlements need to be cut, taxes need to be raised, or some combination of the two needs to happen. It's really that simple. Moving money from one account to another in no way fixes the problem. Oh, but Starbucks redesigned their cups. That's really the more serious issue.

Don't gloss over this. THINK ABOUT IT.

No one can stop people from aging. That is a LIFE FACT.

What is with the ignorance of politicians, why they can't understand, IF you don't support the creation of new industry and work on re-industrializing American, how can you expect things to get better?

It's the wealthy who choose slave wage labor on foreign soil, and the expense to the America people is tremendous. When will WE THE PEOPLE stand up and demand politicians began to TALK ABOUT RE-INDUSTRIALIZATION !!!!!

We just plod along and allow them to skirt the issue, sling out excuses, and then spin in drama games, an we get drunk on the madness and forget our own objective.
If American does not push to become again an Industrial center. We will look 10 times more of the things we've suffered over the past 40 yrs.

It's amazing how we claim to be so smart, but we do nothing but let politicians sell away our voice to lobbyist, and let them push bills crafted by the wealthy, and we sit politically unaware and acting as if everything is too complicated for us to comprehend and address.
They play on our apathy and our selective ignorance.

Social Security would be prospering if we have industry to employ our people. How hard is that to understand.

We need to learn to deal with the root of the problem, not the drama they spin around it.

The only thing that will fix it, is "more people working and contributing". We can't make people stop being disabled, nor can we stop people from aging. But we can force the system, to reverse its policy on offshore production in the high volume that it has become AND we can stop lobbyist from pushing "killer bills" that destroy the economy and lives, communities and our states and damage our nation for the greed of corporate lobbyist.

We need to produce 40-50-60% OF WHAT WE CONSUME, THAT MEANS OUR PEOPLE ARE WORKING.
We've become a society who accepts anything the party line mad men come up with, and all they do is push drama and confusion, while they fill their pockets. IT SHOULD BE DECLARED AS TREASON AGAINST AMERICA, THE AMERICAN SYSTEM AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Lobbyist should never in the future be allowed to meet privately and independently with politicians. They should be MANDATED to meet a PANEL, of non political people. IF they agree with the lobbyist measure, then it can move forth to the politician to push, other than that. IF the committee rejects it, then it is rejected.

We need to be smarter, we know the problem is lobbyist, we just plod along doing nothing, and here it is the 21st Century, still we don't try to figure out how to keep them from stuffing politicians pockets and campaign coffer. UNTIL we get wise and remove the accessibility for lobbyist to put bills and measure in the hands of politicians, we will continue to SUFFER.

We can have a committee that demands, LINE BY LINE review of anything and everything lobbyist push.

Don't gloss over this. THINK ABOUT IT.

WAKE UP AMERICAN PEOPLE
