If I can't see your bare behind or your genitalia I could care less how you dress. Sure, I think saggy pants look foolish, but no more so than any other number of odd attire/appearance preferences I've encountered throughout my life.

The government doesn't need to be involved in fashion policing in the absence of traditional public indecency (see first sentence of this post); the mere thought of such is absurd, and that ought to be something on which we all agree.

Wow, it seems as though we put so many people in jail now that jail has lost all meaning.

It's absolutely atrocious to jail people because of what they wear. I don't care how much it offends you.

It's also atrocious to jail students for non criminal school behavior. This is not a criminal issue and should not be treated as one. Over zealous prosecution to the extreme.

I mean it's clear that most of these people who sag more than likely have a low I.Q. anyway, but there is no law against being unintelligent!
That's pretty much my view, too.

You know, I think women's skirts should be just below the knee. Let's pass a law.

And, 48 hours in jail sends a message to obey the law!

As a Judge friend of mine always said: "If you can't do the time---don't do the crime. Sheriff, take him/her away"

I also don't like to see other peoples butts above saggy pants, I feel it is a ridiculous fashion and is offensive and gross to most other people who see it. I see this is not only black males, I also see white males wearing this so called fashion so the above comments are not racial. Also, (please correct me if I am wrong) from my understanding this fashion trend stems from prisoners in jail wearing their pants like this to send the message to other prisoners that they are available?
