I want to know why blacks make up over 90 percent of pro basketball rosters then. Why is that? How can that be when they only make up 15 percent of the population? I'll tell you why it is..they are best qualified for the job. If we want diversity , maybe Pete who cant touch the net should play because he is white.. Diversity is great until it affects the bottom line.
And no, I am not saying a white basketball player can't be great or a black man can't be a great CEO.
you dont realize that the nba is actively recruiting from europe in the last several years. they debate this on pti whether it is rite.
the one-and-done rule for instance only applies to players who attended high school in the usa and european and chinese players are allowed to enter the league at 18. the nba hit a critical mass of fans inside the usa and so to make more money they have to be more inclusive. the nba is now like 75 % black.
the spanish, german, chinese, ... olympic teams are starting to be competitive and beat team usa one year because of recent recruitment (gasol brothers, dirk norwinski, yao ming, yi jian lian, ...)

Funny how sports are all about *merit* but when a bunch of Asian kids score higher on math tests the results are biased and things must be corrected to reflect diversity in admissions, hiring etc.
most of those executives probably got their jobs from family or friends. which makes it hard for other black/white/hispanic/asian men and women not in the old boynetwork to be invited even if they might have more merit.
I have a former executive in my extended family. He grew up on a farm with 8 siblings. Got accepted to one of the Ivy League schools on a merit scholarship.

Actually being over 40 is a protected class. So unless the white males were between 18-39 they are same as women or blacks.
^ i dont think you need to be over 40 to sue over age discrimination (the same way that men sometimes claim sexism in the workplace and caucasions claim workplace racism).

Wal Mart has been controlling the policy of every "Company B" that they've done business with for years. And Company B always puts up with it because there's too much money involved not to.
