I would say around 95% of all Muslims in the world condemn the Daesh. Even in Iraq the vast majority call Daesh a black nightmare without hope. Only hatred and fear.

Then, why aren't the 95% rising up against them? Seems like Muslim men don't have the bawlz to take a stand and then protect themselves or their families. The ones that do have the nads are the fanatics and they just roll over everyone who doesn't. If Islam wants to remain a contemporary faith and a part of a modern and progressive society, they have to stand up to these thugs, even at risk of death. Otherwise, fear and condemnation will keep western intervention and hostility against the Islamic nation.

Why should an Indonesian or Malian Muslim rise against Daesh? I don't rise up against IRA, Crips, Bloods, Camorra, Los Zetas or FARC. Not any of my business.

And it's easy to say behind a computer screen that fight or you don't have bawlz. If your family and yourself is in danger, you have no military education and capture means certain death, you might have other priorities. But, most decide to fight. The Syrian, Iraqi and Kurdish militias are gaining ground.

The Daesh, also known as ISIS, is not Islamic nor a State. It's an abomination and merely a terrorist group, a bit like Waffen-SS.

It's not a surprise. US proxy ISIS is at war with Assad.

"Raqqa residents said the woman was Alawite, a member of the heterodox Shiite sect that dominates the leadership of Syrian security forces."

A lot of the propaganda in Israel, US, and Arab countries is directed at the Alawites and the ethnic cleansing they promise for anyone opposing US proxies ISIS and AQ.

"Russia plans to build Alawite mini-state in Syria"
"Alawites pay heavy price for loyalty to Assad"
"Assad support not enough to keep Alawites in Syria"

They're US-backed death squads like the ones used in El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Mexico, Iraq, and elsewhere. Many of the key people who are behind the war against Syria were also involved in setting up the Wolfe Brigade death squads in Iraq. They're modeled after the Nazi Einsatzgruppen with media blackout and freedom to commit atrocities that the regular soldiers are not.

"Einsatzgruppen (German for "task forces", "deployment groups"; singular Einsatzgruppe; official full name Einsatzgruppen der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD) were Schutzstaffel (SS) paramilitary death squads of Nazi Germany that were responsible for mass killings, primarily by shooting, during World War II."

THIS^^^^. I too have been saying this. Most of these kids are not joining a religious movement, they are joining a gang, and the recruitment techniques they are using are the exact same ones they use in inner cities on vulnerable disaffected youth. Google one of their recruitment videos, they make it look like a glamorous adventure, not a religious undertaking.

Because they're probably not in your neighborhood threatening you or your family's lives.

Maybe because they now have the might of Russian and American forces behind them?

I know that, but they are causing a negative reprisal on the global image of Islam.

What survival is at stake for some Daesh member to kill their own parent? What survival is at state from some Daesh lover to travel thousands of miles to joins this psychopathic group? The only people "practicing Islam on each other are Muslims defending their homes.

You know sociopathy isn't reserved for Daesh, but would be an appropriate description for those who demand that Muslims stand up to Daesh, and then turn around and deride and disparage Muslims who everyday are on the front lines doing the lions share to defeat Daesh.

You know the fighters who flock there get it from somewhere. I am sure there is at least some sympathy in the families and community where they are from.

This form of thinking is what is responsible for the deterioration of society.
