Oh, I meant if the crimes were committed by ex-cop, it doesn't count as cop crime.
But looks like he was on duty if he made traffic stops so it is cop committing crime.

Or you can run into one of these cops that gets his adrenaline rushing because you dont stop right away (how dare you not stop right away for the law??!?) starts screaming at you, pulls you out of the car, abuses you, then sends the story to the news that you wouldnt stop for some made up reason, and you resisted arrest. Thats how it gets spun. Once the media gets a hold of the story, the public (like many people that side with bad cops on this site) never believes that you were driving to a lighted area, they will believe that you had something to hide.
