Stap up..another opening...

I think this is a recycled story by the way...but hey op..have at it again...
You would be wrong. Its another case that is going on right after the other cop rape case in Oklahoma finished. Look at the dates. This guy is getting arraigned tomorrow. The guy your thinking about has already been sentenced.

As a woman, I'd drive to the nearest exit, while on the phone with 911, to a lighted parking lot instead of pulling over on a dark road. F that. You can't trust many of these guys.

Thats a good idea. Just hope you don't wind up getting a felony stop for evading so that when you do stop in your lighted parking lot, you find yourself surrounded by trigger happy cops with guns drawn.

Its perfectly legal and many law enforcement agencies recommend doing just this. That's why you call 911 and stay on the phone with them until you arrive at a safe place. A good cop won't mind you doing this and 911 will radio him to let him know what you are doing.

Were the crimes committed while in duty?
If not, doesn't count.
Ex-cop doesn't get protection from PD or city as much as active ones do.
