The most generous countries?
Looking at official development assistance (ODA), the*OECD has calculated its members’ spending in 2015 – both in total and as a percentage of gross national income.

A very different picture emerges, though, if we consider it as a percentage of gross national income.

The easiest way foreign countries could help is if we slash foreign aid.

We spend over 41 billion a year on money going to other countries (chart above is old). Slash 8 billion and help texas. Slash another 10 billion and build the wall.

The will still get 22 billion.
