People who sexually abuse children, or are "into" child porn are often living a double life. An outside life of someone who is the last person you would ever think of doing that...and then their true self behind closed doors. Having known some of these people, I don't think it is totally calculated. I think they try to make up for their obsession but doing good...or maybe they believe their good person is who they really are. Or maybe they are evil and calculating. I guess its hard to tell.
Being that the photos were of mostly teen girls...I wonder if people are going to come on and say "lucky girl. When I was a teen girl I wanted men to lust after me"...akin to the female teachers molesting teen boys.

SHRUG. If someone is doing something wrong, it makes "sense" that they will hide it. Reminds me of one of the down sides of being a provost marshal where if a superior is doing something wrong, he will do ANYTHING, from orders to intimidation to blackmail to whatever, to stop you from finding out and preventing him from getting his retirement pay.
A downside in that realizing that possibility about anyone might make on rather paranoid.
