AirBNB is not a hotel service, it's another broker that peddles people that offer their homes for guests.
If you stay at a AirBNB place, the owner has the right to put up home cameras. It is not a business or public space where they have to respect your privacy.
Unless there is regulation adopted for AirBNB, you are on your own.
What you can do is sue and see if you can win against the owner but you have no consumer protection when you are staying at someone's house as a guest.

Rstevens62,
Voyeurism is serious. It's a Class B felony, and you MUST register as a sex offender for the rest of your life, no matter where you go, and get the treatment that sex offenders get. They are not eligible for so many things most citizens take for granted, like renting an apartment.
How long could those cameras record? a few hours? one full day, or several days? If it's short, the perv would tend to get in to replace the battery at some point?
