Japanese police have cornered an unlikely suspect in the attempted murder of a bedridden woman.
According to the Agence France-Presse, police believe a stray cat is responsible for leaving Mayuko Matsumoto bloodied in her home in a mountainous southern region of the country.
I wonder how the law will categorize that particular offense? Anyway, the woman is still alive so it's no great catastrophe. Incidentally, did they catch the offender?
only humans can be murderers and attempted murderers.
Says the person who's never been owned by cats.
My cats try to murder me all the time. Their current favorite method is to weave in and out of my feet as I descend the stairs. If I am carrying something, like a basket of clothes, all of them will do that at the same time.
But I love them anyway.
