Two to four drinks? Seriously, are you that stupid in that you can't count the amount of drinks you had? If I have 2 beers, I damn well have no problem remembering that I had 2 beers.
Her speech was slurred. She probably said "twenty-four" but it was so unintelligible that the officer making the report thought she said "two to four".

That is exactly how I feel. I mentioned the show because I never heard of it, or her, neither did the cop who arrested her.
I also know the area extremely well and know how confusing it is getting on the highway from the oceanfront. I've seen plenty of drivers try to turn there not realizing all the lanes are one way. Her being drunk, I'm not surprised at all that she turned there especially because she was new to the area.

It is related to amount of alcohol to body weight. The killer was 77 pounds. One adult beverage probably gets her to the point of not being able to count past a babboon's, "One, Two, Many."
How isn't it premeditated when she got behind the wheel of her car after drinking four drinks?
The murder itself has to be premeditated for first degree in most jurisdictions. She had to have got behind the wheel with the conscious intention to kill.
