I just knew it would come to this. Here in Las Vegas, several retirees invested in rental units or rented out rooms in their homes to support their retirement. And now, it seems this 70 year old man waited for the moratorium to end and with all the loopholes for renters, he just lost it. I guess he just went nuts….
When the legal process won't do what it's supposed to do to protect people's rights, you get vigilante justice. I'm surprised we haven't seen more of this.

It said they were all living in the same house, so I assume he was renting out bedrooms. I'm at a minimum there was some noise or other annoyance, and possibly alchohol, to set it off.
