Actually, she was arrested for trespassing because she wouldn't leave after being disruptive. Her daughter also spent 12 hours in child protective custody.

The mom and her 14-year-old daughter were on a flight, when the daughter got vomit on her hands after touching the seat.

After that, there's conflicting info, with Frontier stating one thing, and the mom (and witnesses), stating something else.

The airline refunded her flight home money, but she's hired a civil rights attorney.

Before you sit down in a seat
Make sure that its clean and its neat
You never can tell
So give it a smell
Cuz you might be in for a treat.

On my last Delta flight, we had a 15 or so minute delay in boarding because 'a passenger got sick on the plane and we needed the special cleaners to come and deal with it'. Believe me, no one complained about that delay and everyone was checking to make sure we didn't get the seat with the brand new seat cover. (The covers are designed to snap off and be replaced when spot cleaning can't deal with a problem)

Ugh, I can only imagine the psychological trauma.

If that were me I'd have had a meltdown, since I have bad vomit phobia. Imagine sitting in that having it all over your clothes. Nasty.

Why is the flight attendant telling the passenger to clean it up. Sure, maybe it's not her responsibility to do that, but it sure as hell ain't the passengers either.

Poorly handled by a budget airline.

This is so wrong. I see a lot of these airplane disturbances where the passengers were really in the wrong...but this one is beyond comprehension. Frontier should be slapped with a big ol' lawsuit for this. I hope she gets a proper compensation.

I remember the good ol days of flying Frontier to various destinations for just $39 round-trip ... I probably put up with the vomit smells from the euphoria of my deal

NOPE. I don't do vomit. I might have stripped right there if it was on my clothes. They wouldn't have to get me a new seat because I would have been outta that seat so fast.

Conflicting stories, but a witness said the flight attendant did say it wasn't her job.
