I watched it. If you've kept up with the story, there was really not much new. But I've become convinced Rodney Reed did kill Stacey.
The reason I watched it is because I really wanted to hear more about the fingernail issue. There is a report that investigators on the scene saw that Stacey had her usual well-manicured long fingernails, but when she arrived at the morgue, her remains escorted by her then fiance, her fingernails had been cut extremely short. To me, that's really compelling evidence of the fiance as the murderer, but it wasn't mentioned so maybe it's not true.

What did you think of that co-worker - an acquaintance, not really a friend - who said Stacey had told her she had reservations about getting married because she was "having an affair with a black man"?
I found her to be absolutely unbelievable - like, that's just a bald faced lie.
I believe there's a very very small chance that what Rodney is saying is true. That he WAS having an affair with Stacey, and there was a blockbuster video employee who knew both of them and said they came in to the store together once. She seemed credible.
But this one? Sounds to me like she just made that up completely.
It could have been true, but what a coincidence. For me, I could not ignore his past attacks on women, which i saw as a huge key.
Also, the show detailed some relatives as witness'. Those were hard to believe.
if the boyfriend did it, how did he get home, 30 miles from the crime scene. Rodney's house was very close to the crime scene, they did not talk alot about the coincidence.

Considering this was a 2 hour show - (so, is that about 1n hour and a half actual programming?) they didn't say a lot.

I find the wording rather odd. What was the need to emphasize my affair partner's race? The big thing here isn't race .... you are cheating on a man you are going to marry. I don't think I'd be telling too many acquaintances that I was cheating on my fiance.
