I think their penalties are stiffer than the U.S. Good!
What a sicko. I can't help but wonder if he's killed other animals before? And were people going to be his next target? He needs to be put down.
That is what I thought. If he is sick enough to do this to innocent animals, can children or other pets be far behind? He ought to do serious jail time for this and have a psychiatric evaluation.
One can hope. He certainly seems like he should be away from all living things. They found several orphaned babies (really toddlers at 9 months) which they are now taking care of.

Forget the psychological evaluation. He’s just mean and evil and should be terminated or at least hard labor for 25 years.Doubtful he’ll ever amount to anything. I’m tired of these creeps. Ditto for child killers .
