One of those who recently gave evidence against Maxwell, known as Kate, was living in London at the time however the London-related evidence did not cover a crime and related only to the dead financier Epstein and Maxwell, so it's difficult to see Scotland Yard changing its position.
Giuffre has continually changed her story as she "sought to peddle increasingly salacious and inconsistent accounts", which provide no specific detail about what the Duke allegedly did to her, where the alleged acts took place and who else was present at the time. Giuffre also made allegations relating to Prince Andrew having sex with her at Epstein's ranch but retraced the allegations when it became clear that Prince Andrew had never visited the ranch.
Indeed Ms Giuffre first went public with her claims against Epstein in 2011, the story she sold to the Daily Mail for $160,000 was "devoid of even an insinuation that she had sexual contact with Prince Andrew".
The Daily Mail journalist Sharon Churcher who broke the story is on tape as saying “She took a year off (her age), But she’d be on the game for about a year then.” So the woman who first broke the story and paid Giuffre a significant sum, acknowledged that she was just a prostitute according to the tape recorded conversation.
Churcher also claimed she believed Giuffre mistook Dershowitz for another Harvard professor.
Giuffre also alleges Epstein paid her $15,000 to have sex with the Duke in London.
It was only in 2014, when she "wanted more even money", that she accused the Duke of having sexual relations with her in a separate lawsuit.
A 139-page manuscript by Ms Giuffre, in which she documents her time with Epstein, is included as evidence, with attention drawn to a description of a two-night liaison she allegedly had with the Duke in New Mexico which she later admitted never happened.
An American newspaper report described Ms Giuffre as a "money hungry sex kitten", quoting former friends who say she enjoyed living the high life and bragging about the money it also attached.
Those who have provided witness statements include Crystal Figueroa and Philip Guderyon, whose evidence is included in Court documents.
Crystal Figueroa, the sister of one of Giuffre’s ex-boyfriends, said that Giuffre asked for her help to recruit underage girls for Epstein.
"She [Giuffre] would say to me, 'Do you know any girls who are kind of slutty?'" she said.
Philip Guderyon, a former boyfriend, said he would drive Ms Giuffre to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion, adding: "She was like the head b***h.
"She’d have like nine or 10 girls she used to bring to him. She never looked like she was being held captive."
According to the Times Newspaper, Giuffre has already had payouts from Epstein and Maxwell, to the sum of £7 million, and is earning even more through selling her story and her media profile. Now she's looking for a further £14 million from Prince Andrew according to reports.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre, has also now moved in to a beautiful $2 million home in Perth in Australia with Ocean views, six bedrooms and a beautiful swimming pool.

As far as I can see, she was over the age of consent. So while it is still creepy, nasty & many other things, I do not believe her age is an issue

Prince Andrew lost his bid to dismiss a lawsuit accusing him of having sex with an underage girl, Virginia Giuffre, years ago while she was being sexually exploited by Jeffrey Epstein.
I’m sorry, but the only reason you are defending Prince Andrew is because he is British, and you are all British.

I was once female and 17 and no way on gods earth would I have let any older man near me... so dont even say that..My grandaughters are18 and 19 and have more know how and street sense than I ever had.. and no way are they shy or retiring on how to be assertive..

Prince Andrew's lawyers are now claiming that the case is barred due to Virginia Roberts Giuffre's own wrongful conduct.
Giuffre was involved in finding girls for Epstein, and there is evidence and testimony that she was working as a masseur and later as a prostitute (or escort) rather than as a sex slave.
One witness tells how Giuffre would ask her if she knew any slutty girls she could use, with another claiming he would drive Ms Giuffre to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion, adding: "She was like the head b***h.
