Didn't want to start a thread about this....since "most" accept that the ship is gone, there likely will not be much more info....Of course that won't stop people here.....

This is a long but quite informative Twitter thread on the recently sunk Russian ship Mockva, by an experienced mariner.

She's still there. I was on a plane making a landing approach to Baltimore yesterday and got a great view of the ship resting peacefully in the bay, not far south of Annapolis. Wish I had gotten a picture, but I didn't have my camera handy. I assume that her condition is being assessed before she starts moving again.

That would be my guess too. And after that, probably back up to Baltimore to get re-loaded with the containers that were removed.
