Latest updates indicate the gal had some glasses of wine, stopped at a food cart and went to the park.

Upon being told the park was closing, she threw a tantrum, threw her food at fiance, yelled and park worker and after storming off shoved the lady.

Gal needs some therapy and prison time.

Still thinking her parents and fiance may also deserve some charges but they no doubt have great lawyers.

Wow. Anger management is what she needs. She pitches a fit, taking it out on random people, and because of that, an 80-year-old lady who's a real asset to the community, is dead.

She has a looong history, going back to her school days, of being an entitled bully. Personally, I think she was just in a mood, made a quick scan of her surroundings, identified the most vulnerable person in her vicinity & targeted her. Just as simple as that. Because that's what bullies do.
Where did you get that info, about her having a long history of bullying? That would help to understand the case.

RE: NYC "rudeness", they're rude to each other. But not so much to visitors. When I'm in a shop or whatever, to ask directions, and I see the owner or staff being typically rude to another person, I have a shocked expression, and the person suddenly switches gears, and becomes very nice and helpful. One actually said something along the lines of "Oh, that's just the way it is around here".

They can turn it on or off at will, lol.

Anger management? Bwahahahahaha! No, she needs prison time, and lots of it.

EIGHT YEARS for murder? Because that's what that was, premeditated murder. Hopefully she'll get some mob justice in the joint.

Does the jail crowd care about an old white woman being murdered?

No, it was manslaughter. But I do hope someone inside takes exception to a snotty, privileged twit who thought she was above everyone else.

You may want to learn exactly what premeditated murder actually is. This ain't it.

She plead guilty and got 8 years, the judge tacked on an additional 6 months for her inability to take responsibility. I'm good with the outcome. An entitled woman like this will have a tough time with prison life, that does not mean I support her being attacked as you apparently do.
