He was mistakenly released from jail and went and strangled a woman to death on a city bus. He is still at large as of the time of this article. I wonder if there were other people on the bus who could have but chose not to come to her aid.

Interesting comment. Of all the flawed people involved, the one's you're choosing to condemn without trial are innocent, probably shocked and fearful bystanders?

This is just happening way too often. People need to start getting mad. I wonder also about the people on the bus. Even a few against a man using his hands as weapons could have saved that woman. People need to start stepping up together to help those being attacked if possible.

The 26-year-old had been arrested twice in April by two different police departments in Arizona. However, ABC 15 reported that Bagley was never held for more than 72 hours despite the fact an active felony warrant was out for his arrest in the first instance, and he told officials about the same extradition warrant on the second occasion.

Thank you.
