So here I am all dressed, cell phone, water & doggie treats ready to go.
Hubby is leaving the same time so I walk him to the door and as he is walking to the car he says "um it's raining"
When one of the greyhounds came in from the yard her back was wet but I thought it was from the wet plants in the garden.
lol I went in and called Lou and we both said at the same time "It's raining"
So here I sit oh well I have a PT apt at 8:15 so will get the upper body in hmmm I wonder if I go in early if they will let me use the stair stepper.
if the rain has stopped by the time I get home I will walk.

Back again, treadmill is done, 1 hour and 3.20 miles. I picked up the pace today. Listening to Bon Jovi and Springsteen on the ipod helped. So did the visions of Jagger and Bowie - now I can't seem to get those dudes out of my head. Thanks arguy. I'm expecting a person any time now to come and fix the attic fan. This will be our 3rd. Hopefully it will be fixed.
Karla - you must be having the rain we had yesterday. it was pouring in the morning and by noon, it was nice.
NMS - good luck making the reservations on the auto train. I recently had an amtrak inquiry and well, good luck. On the plus side, the train ride, was rather nice. Fortunately, it was a very short trip.

Hey guys, dont have alot of time this morning. Im off to the zoo with my step son and two other little ones. After that we are going to be dipping ourselves in moms pool. Its going to be a busy day!!! Wish me luck ... I'll be at the zoo with two ten year olds and one seven year old. My boys are in there mid teens havent done this in awhile!!!
No exercise for me today. Gotta get started on my lesson for Sunday. Maybe I'll try and squeeze it in later (but don't hold your breath ) Gonna take Ethan over to my friend's this morning with her little boys and another mom with one boy to go in their little frog pool. Should be fun. Yesterday at the wiggle worms I think Ethan was more enfatuated with all the people there than what was going on. It was kinda funny all the other kids were kinda dancing and singing to the music and Ethan was just laughing and wandering around.
Had to stop by though to give my song for the day! This one's for NMS.

jersey, I'm an idiot. I made my reservations. FOR THE WRONG DATE!! I made it for the day I'm leaving home, not the day I wanted to take the train! DUH! I called, and some nice young fella named Brandon got me squared away.
30 minute dog walk AND 20 minute bike ride with dog complete. Dog has now fully recovered from the trip and was sitting in the yard with her chin on the seat of my bike. I wish I knew where the camera was, it was about the most pathetic thing I have ever seen.
Walked little Chloe this morning. No rain here so far.
