Good Monday morning everyone,
How many of you saw any meteors last night or this morning ?
I was just outside looking toward the east and didn't see any but maybe when I head out for our walk I will. It is kinda humid out there so I will see when I call Lou at 5:30 if he wants to walk. Because of his age I let him make the call.

Todays gym will be cycling and either elliptical or water aerobics. maybe I will do both.

17 days till we leave for Alaska

oh yeah I finally had some of the peach sorbet last night good stuff !!! The nice thing is you don't need to eat a lot. I didn't even have a 1/2 cup ( the recommended serving size ) and it was plenty.

So who will be first to say
"my exercises are done" ?

update : just spoke to Lou and we are walking I am meeting him around 6
karla

Me! Me! Dog walk is complete. Dog had to be dragged, but it has been walked.

It rained last night, so no meteor viewing here. Rain left the ground all wet, princess poochie did not want to get her toes wet.

Aerobics this morning, thirty minutes.

I wanted to recommend another dessert to you all. It's tofu ice cream sandwhiches (made by tofutti) in the chocolate flavor (my sister likes key lime, too). They're small and hit the spot when you have a sugar crave.

We need another thread that asks us what we ate the day before... a food journal or something!

tofutti sounds good! didn't know they had ice cream, must be expensive.

karla, you need to come here with your pups, parts of Monterey Park is vey hilly, the park where I go is part hilly, then you can also go up more,I was ambitious today, good for my legs. Very interesting park,Mos of them asians, groups like tai chi,cha cha cha groups (they come from 7 to 9 am,seven days a week, doing cha cha,and ballroom style dance, only ladies, they just stand in rows with no partners,I tried to keep up all the dance steps, not easy! then there is a group of seniors which now is everybody, doing touch toes and bend knees and raising arms, they all do this 7 days a week, fun to see them in the morning. My power walking class is fun too! when I am done walking,I sometimes join a group if I have the time. Sorry,I got carried away writing this!
