Morning!

Rather brisk walk outside today, it is cold, no frost yet but def fall, I am thinking it is about 40ish out there I'm thinking it may be a good day for pulling Denise out of the DVD's.

Nothing planned today besides job hunting and a good 6 to 8 hours at that. Some of the retail stores are beginning to hire for seasonal help so I figure I might as well get my applications in to the stores and then wait for office interviews.

Gotta get and begin my search.

Oh Pattie have fun at DW.

Ooo, Sandy, I'll give you 10 degrees if you'd like.

Neither one of us actually felt like going to DW today, so we'll be going somewhere else, maybe Coconut POint Mall. There's a load of laundry ready to be hung out, so I'll do that in a minute.

Did 2 mile walk, then 20 min. weights, even tho Lazy Susan begged me to stay home.

Have a great day, all.

Hi all. I'm not sure how this forum goes, but I'll share my latest work out.

Cardio, 20 min TBC: (1m @ 100spm + 5m 150 spm) x3. (2m cooldown)
Total Body Crossramp (TBC) is like an incline eliptical with arm poles.
Setting at 9 which hits gutes, quads, and hams.
Resistance 10/20
spm = strides per minute.

Core, Planks 20s x2
Core, Abs Crunch 20 x2
Stretch, Hams 20s x2
Push-ups 12 x2
Stretch, Back 20s x2
Burpees 8 x1
Core, Back Extension 20 x2

Back, BB Back Squat 105/5 x1

105/5 means 105 lbs weight done in 5 repetition.
x1 is the number of sets.

Back, BB Back Squat 125/5 x1
Back, BB Back Squat 145/5 x3
Back, BB Deadlift 105/5 x1
Back, BB Deadlift 125/5 x4 -- PR

Personal Record (PR) increasing weight on lifts encourages creating personal records throughout the progress.

Core, Leg Raise 15 x3
Chest, BB Bench Press 65/5 x2
Chest, BB Bench Press 85/5 x3

Tricep, Dips -125/8 x2
used a machine that allows weight to be subtracted from body weight. I can't do a body weight dips, so this machine helps track progress by adjust the negative weight to help do the exercise. Works with pull-ups also.

Welcome, Joseph! I'm with fuzzymystic....impressive workout.

Where is everyone tonight???

Went shopping today, did a bunch of walking in addition to my 2 miles from earlier.

3 great things happened today:

1) Am now down 11 lbs.
2) Found a cute outfit at Christopher and Banks for a grand total of $10!!!!
3) Got some neat house stuff (decorative stuff) on sale

All in all, a great day!
