Good morning everyone

Ok here is todays challenge.
Try a new exercise
It can be anything maybe you never do abs or pushups or even just jumping jacks

If you go to a gym maybe try a new piece of equipment or a new class

But lets shake things up a bit

Walking Lola then heading to the gym for cycling/spinning

I think I will try abs as my new thing today

What will yours be ??

karla

I am guessing there won't be anything new in my routine for about a week and a half. If I am very lucky I will be unloading my household out of the trailer it has been living in since late Feb. We have decided to rent and have discovered that it is every bit as hard to find a decent rental at a fair price as it is to find a home to buy. We submitted an application on one and the agent called last night to tell us that someone was making noise about doing a rent to own and she is going to give them until the end of the week to put it in writing. If they don't we get the house. So, everybody cross your fingers as we are beyond tired of living with the folks.

Shadow & I have done our walk this morning. It rained last night and there are big puddles everywhere. Today, big puddles are scary. As we were spooking sideways away from one puddle we were getting our toes wet in another. It must be very tiring to go through life afraid of everything.

I always thought dogs liked water ... especially sprinkler systems!

Okay, I woke up this morning, got up and my entire torso felt like it was going to drop to the ground. I'm guessing it was from that 4.5 mile jog yesterday. Guess I'm taking a break but I'll take up your offer tomorrow Karla!

Have a super day everybody!
