Hey Everybody!

Not feeling my sparkling best today. Must have been all of the junk I ate yesterday......

I even handed Shadow over to her Daddy for her walk this morning.

I have a rice bag that I bought years ago. Mine is a nice soft flannel. I love it! It is also nice for warming up toes, cold sheets, etc. Give it a try Jeannine, bet you will love it.

Hello!
Sorry to hear a couple of you are a bit under the weather, good excuse to lay on the couch!
I went to the gym this morning to burn some of the defibrillator burger off. Then we went over to the pond for about 1/2hr. of slapping the puck around and skating. It was warmer today, so it was nice to get outside.
Now it is all about pre-game, my couch, and round two of the "free for all". I have a feeling there will be some bloating in my future as well. Small price to pay for some delicious splurging.
Have a great day!

TB-good for you! That sounds like fun, haven't been on the ice-skating-since I was young. It would be an extreme sport for me now just standing up in a pair of skates! Whoa!!!
Well, anyway, I did a little bit of a workout-had to go and eat a bowl of ice cream last night, doggone it! Plus I might get a workout going to Wal mart-also might get some delectable munchy type things that aren't really really bad for you [if there is such a thing!] Then to watch the game, which I don't really care who wins, as long as it isn't the Patriots. Have a great day everybody

Wow, this has been an exhausting day... I'm really tiered and on my way to bed.

However I had to stop here to "see" you before I go to bed.
I got a back massage today. My cousin is learning to be a physiotherapist and she's near her exams. She gave us a gift card for Christmas to get a back massage. So we can relax and she can practice.

Afterwards I had a 2 and a half hours learning marathon and after that my cousin, her b/f, her brother and his g/f came over for a board game evening. It was great but my head feels really empty now.

The next week will be better. I promise...

Nite!!!

a 2 1/2 hour massage
how nice was that
What time should I be over for the next learning marathon

though I probably would of been so relaxed like a big bowl of jelly and would of not be able to move

ok 2nd day with no steak n shake hubby found "pirates of the carribean" on the pay per view at 3:30
so there went that idea lol

I may just have to take myself there for lunch

Hope everyone is feeling better

off to start todays thread

see y'all there
