Good morning. I've completed the dog walk, 10 minutes on the elliptical, 120 ab crunches, AND did the other exercise that nomoresnow recommended for abs yesterday.

Karla - You have ducks in your neighborhood and notice the birds chirping. . . I, too, am a big fan of birds. I feed Muscovy Ducks every morning in the dark (they aren't up yet, but I know where they look for it - I fed them ONE TIME, and they come looking everyday now. ) I am also always appreciative of the birds that hang out in the trees here and provide us with "music" all day long. It adds to the "ambience" LOL of the balcony.

Everybody have a great day!

30 minute bike ride with dog complete. If I can walk tomorrow I will be surprised. I haven't been on a bike in over 2 years.

Yay! Did the gym thing. 30 minutes strength, 4 minutes on the elliptical (a little better than 1.5 min. yesterday!) and 30 on the dreadmill. I'm getting there!

40 minute easy paced run this morning through the fog. Later today I'll go to the gym we have at work and do some upper bod strength training. Have fun out there.

1 hour run and 1/2 hour dog walk, done. Had to beat the t-storms today!

Now it's time for lunch:

Mmmmm, smashed avocado and sliced grape tomatoes on a toasted sesame bagel.

p.s. picked the tulips on Sunday. I love spring!

Got mine done, now off to go fetch/catch my wayward garbage cans again. Same thing last week on trash day.

It is so nice to see someone taking the time to create such a nice setting and make the most of the moment - even if it is only for lunch or for one person. Beautiful plate, too, plaidmom, and love the flowers in a vase.
I would love a bite of that bagel! Not sure if I could eat it without cream cheese, though! LOL

OMG! Husband just dragged me on a 10 mile bike ride. I know I will not be able to walk tomorrow, I can't walk now!

Default back on the horse

Did my walk/jog dvd today--30 mins. First day back after yet another break. I know it won't work if I am not consistent, but still find it hard to get motivated. This thread really helps though...so thank you!
