Good morning,

I woke up at 3AM today, for no apparent reason, so I've already been to the gym: 15 minutes cardio, 45 minutes weight lifting, 60 crunches. I've got laundry in the dryer now and when it's done, NAP TIME!

Who's next?

Good Morning rdbeard5
You are the early bird today
Was anyone else at the gym that early?
After 5 hours in the garden yesterday even my finger tips hurt ( from pulling weeds)
I will be back out there later today to mow so that will be my work out today

karla

P.S. Don't forget he who starts the thread gets to give out the "gold stars" for the day. Thats the "bestest" part

Good morning. Dog has walked me, and I'm heading out later for a long bike ride. I will do a lot extra today (also started with the extra yesterday) so that I can eat birthday cake and ice cream without guilt. Today is my birthday.

Everyone have a great day!

Dog walk/weekend social hour complete.

Just got an adult trike yesterday, so I am about to begin bike riding.

We are having cake & ice cream here today, too. It is venison cake for my dog's 4th birthday and mint doggie ice cream.

Happy Birthday Valerie!

Thank you, everyone. I just got back from a three-hour bike ride.

Happy Birthday to Evey's dog! Sounds like quite the party you are throwing for your 4-year old, Evey.

We've all been working very hard the past couple of weeks, lots of discipline here. I think we should all eat cake today! Enjoy!

I boxed 10 boxes of books and toted them around the house today. Now I'm officially a bit sore. That's about half my collection. Also culled out magazines and lugged them to the recycling pile.

Now I'm off to the alligator trail. On Sundays there are plenty of other humans around to rescue me, if needed.
