Not me !!!
We are having effects from the nor'easter wind gusts 30+ MPH giving us a windchill in the 30's
Late night yesterday(volunteer thing) and when I go up this morning my throat was feeling raw, not sure if I am getting a sore throat or because I talked to much at the event, sold lots of raffle tickets though
So I decided not to be out in the cold wind.
I will do something today just not sure what yet.

Well, we "only" got about 6 inches of snow in our immediate area, but surrounding areas got up to 16 inches. It's so wet and heavy, but it does look like I'll be able to get to work. Oh, well, can't win everything!
Didn't want to risk extra driving, so no gym for me today. I should be back tomorrow, though.
If you have sunshine today, would you please send some our way?
Three mile walk with the dogs done. I absolutely love getting out there. Most days I will see a hawk, deer, rabbits and on occasion a fox. It really makes my day
Crunches done. Push-ups done and this evening I'll probably do 20 mins on the eliptical glyder since my buns aren't hurting anymore!
In the meantime I'll be up and down those attic stairs again
Hope your throat feels better. Try some honey and don't do much talking
Have a great Monday no matter what weather Mother Nature is throwing a you!

Yes, Karla. I hope you feel better. Take care of that throat.
Well, I guess I'm not going to work after all. And I did get in a workout today. 1/2 hour of digging car out of packed snow at end of driveway, only to get down our street to see that another plow had packed about 2.5 feet of snow at the end of the street. No way my little car will get thru that, so I'm back home, after parking my car in my friend/neighbor's clean driveway.
I'm with you Karla, sore throat & all. It must be all of the wind. We are having the same wind you are, but about 10 degrees warmer. My dog hates when the wind blows because the squirrels are not out to entertain her. We walked anyway.

Aaaawwww, you're so sweet! I wanted to give you reps, but I have to spread some around first. I tried! How many do you have to spread, for cryin' out loud??? My boss offered to come get me, but I would have had to walk to the entrance of our street, which would be a good half mile thru nasty, slushy snow. No thank you, very much. I'll stay home and make some nice, warm comfort food like home made baked beans and split pea/lentil soup and meat loaf. yum.
Hey, karla, if I cook for you, would I have to pay rent on my room???
Well I did my exercise tape today, yea for me Karla I hope you feel better soon, gargle with some warm salt water and get some Cold'EZ cough drops, I think they help and don't taste too bad.
