It's raining this morning , they said it wasn't suppose to get here till this afternoon
We were suppose to be putting a veggie garden at the school today, but that is now on a rain delay.
We are hoping to grow enough veggies so the kids can take them home to share what they grew with their families. Kinda the theory" if they grow it they will eat it"
Not sure what we are now going to do today
I think we may be visiting the computer parts store, now that the router and cable thingy is in the master bedroom closet the wireless printer can't "find" the router so I am unable to scan things to my computer. So hubby said there are boosters he can buy.
So how is your weather today and what plans do you have ?
My normal Saturday Karla. I have to shop, clean, and laundry. We also are going to have rain although it has not begun here yet, you can feel it in the air and the clouds are in. The temps are pretty mild and it feels soooooo good!

Ooo, I'll check out your new babies when I leave here, Karla. We still have the bright green crysalis hanging off the kitty cage. I wonder if he'll ever thaw and come out.
We're due for rain late today, but we're awfully cloudy, so I think we may get some before that. And something tells me that the clouds are not going to allow us to get up to the predicted 80 degree mark. Oh, well. Can't complain after the last two weeks.
Hubby's out there, putting some red bean/sausage concoction in the crockpot. It smells good already. That's dinner for tonight, along with some white rice.
Hey, Karla, that "if they grow it, they'll eat it" thing doesn't work for you, does it??
It is 67 on the way into the upper 70's here today. We hit 79 yesterday. A few drops are falling, but I wouldn't call it rain. There is big rain on the radar so I guess it will be an stay indoors kind of day.
Shadow & I have been for a walk this morning. Nobody really wanted to get up today. Around 10 last night police cars began swarming the area. At 11:30 I had police searching my back yard. Dunno what was going on, but they sure made a lot of noise.
I was just on the Sheriff's website. From what I can tell there was an armed robbery one street over and four blocks down that fits the timing. My guess is the perp ran.
We had just gone to bed so we were awake. It was warm enough that we had the windows open. Shadow about lost her mind when they opened the gate & came into the back yard. I am thinking that if it had been 30 minutes earlier my "guard dog" would have been sound asleep......
