No exercise today, except exercising my hands as I turn the pages to my book I am going to read while floating in the pool!

Out to have my hair cut, as the humidity is "doing things to my hair". Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Happy exercising!

By the way I noticed some reference to double coconut dark chocolate things yesterday! Still have a piece of my dark chocolate in the fridge, not bad for me!

Good morning all,

Dogs walked this morning. My old girl decided to take a dip in the river, much to the annoyance of the Canadian Geese and their little ones.
Just got back from the Farmer's Market where I bought some killer spicey mustard. I'll have to go get me some pretzels and then I'm set ... yummy!
Heading on out to the local Fire Department. Thye're having an open day, so you know I have to take my eight year old for a look!

I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

BTW: Someone asked where I am now ... Wisconsin, just smell the dairy air ... or was it "derriere?"

Good Morning all,

Gee karla you better watch that sleeping in. You don't want to slip into a depression, sleeping the day away like that.

Sorry to dissapoint but no song today. I'm revvin up for dedication week next week!! That should be fun.

Got my 20 min. on the treadmill in this morning. Dang I shoulda walked outside cause it's so beautiful but it's just so easy to stay home and go down stairs in your pajamas and go on the treadmill instead. Did my ab exercises too. Now for the rest of the day.........

Gee, Karla-what a shock to your system it must be to wake up and have it actually be LIGHToutside!!! Well, today we are going to a 50th wedding anniversary surprise party, might be fun but I think there is going to be some seriously good food there!! Sooo...
Now, I am wondering if anybody has seen Rdbeard5 on here. Yorkie-mm said he had pm'd her saying he was going out of town, but I think she may have meant 'redbird'* did because that person* had contributed to her threads before. I just wonder since he is a policeman, [rdbeard] I believe, and you just never know.
Maybe later I will do some walking or something-there! Another post that was totally off topic, salvaged!

Nice cool overcast morning here in southern cal, low 60s, so decided to take a 7 mile or so run on the trails in our local hills. Many others out on the trails too, but had a nice run and finished up by about 9 am. I like to see some of the "regulars" out on the trails, some people I have been seeing in our local park on a regular basis for the 7 years I've lived here.

Fun things today? Well it's Saturday, and tonight I'm booked for a salsa club (Caribbean / Latin music + dancing, nothing to do with food spices) with my friend Sonya, so that should count as fun. Might count as workout points too, but it doesn't seem like work to me.
