Wow! Great responses to the question of the day. Now we know if you're following your plan or not.

For lunch I ate leftovers from last night, iced coffee (which was gross) and another nectarine. For dinner... I didn't plan dinner, so I still don't know. I put on a pair of shorts I wore the other day and they didn't fit me today (not in the good way), so it kind of takes away your appetite. Oh well, four days until I see the doctor.

woo hoo millie
see I can now tell my hubby I am not the only one who is um lol a "selective eater"
That is a much nicer word than "picky eater"

Lets see for "dinner I had some of those pretzel rods and maybe 7 M*Ms. I wasn't really hungry I blame it on working out in the heat.
couple more bottles of water and a big mistake some regular diet pepsi. Since I very rarely have caffeine when I do it wakes me up. So I tossed and turned last night when I went to be. Which maybe why I slept in till almost 7 this morning.
