Well I passed out in my daughter's bed early last night and unble to finish posting....http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m241/pigglypog/Smileys/bedtime.gif (broken link). Not a horrible end, but not great either. After a very busy and stressful day at work, and after popping quite a few pretzel logs during the day, I finished with a bologna sandwich on multi grain bread and a few sugar-free pops. Today, coffee with splenda and soymilk so far . I think I need to figure out why, I am sooo good all day, and then, late afternoon, the food monster always ends up paying me a visit........ Well, so far so good...but the night is young as they say. Oatmeal with fresh blueberries for a late breakfast and yogurt with grapenuts for lunch. Water and vitamins as always.
Not so bad today either
Had oatmeal and coffee with cream
A chicken sandwich on ww
A handful of nuts and one kashi bar
Dinner was salmon and wild rice with mushrooms
Drank water all day and am eating a nice apple right now.
