Crazy out here in L.A. I am only 15 min and 10 miles from the MJ madness,I went on the third to take a pic of the Staples Center,lots of media very quiet then.
Izzy can't believe the spectacle of this-it's ridiculous. Our world is falling apart and this is what they cover 24/7?
And they wonder why their ratings are going down?
Got to get a little busy now. This is our morning at home. Can you believe we are retired and it is down to just a couple of days that I can clean and not be out and about. We are not going to bingo today because we are going into Matthews for another medical thing this afternoon. I want to get all tests, etc., over before September, because I hope to get to go somewhere when the weather gets a little cooler. I am hiding in air conditioning right now.

From some of the TV things I have seen while flicking through, I realize that I enjoyed Michael Jackson's music, but I don't care a fig about his or any other stars personal life. Leave the poor things alone!
Back from the surgeon-love it here-you have an appt. at 11:15 and back home by 11:45! Looks to be healing well, go back Fri and he may remove drain. Wants him to eat more and more often but the antibiotics kill his appetite and only 2 days of those left.
Hi all! Izzy, thanks for the pictures. Thats as close as I care to be to all of that. He was such an entertainer and the Michael Jackson I would like to remember is from his early years up until the 80's. Judi, lets hope things get better and better from this point on for Mr. "L"...oh and sell that house!! NCN, thank you for the welcome home. I do love it here but so wish I could take family and friends with me when I leave NJ.
I think I would like my family here too, but when I see some of these grandparents not even be able to stay through an exercise class, I sometimes wonder. No, it would be great to have a few grandchildren around.
I am enjoying them on facebook. My whole family are some of my friends and I just met back up with a former classmate that used to drive my bus (We used to have student bus drivers). That was fun. I am spending too much time on the computer. I think I will have to start limiting it to one hour for facebook and one hour on here.
Busy day yesterday with packing our suitcase and my step aerobic class in the evening. I'm pretty lazy checking on the www these days.
