Good morning friends Well, after my little visit to BK after work, I am so going to be good today... I'll be taking those stairs all day at work if I have to.... So what is everyone's plan for today? Tomorrow is of course, give yourself a break day, but for me, I think I had mine yesterday and will try and behave. Coffee with splenda and soymilk so far Have a great day everyone! Jeannie

Had oatmeal and oj for breakfast, kashi bar for snack and a veggie sub for lunch. Dinner tonight will be turkey spaghetti. Lots of water so far.
Yes Cassy, I think we did........we need to recruit. Well, a long day at work today. Oatmeal with blueberries, smart ones sandwich, corn muffin a bag of health chips, and now, a bowl of apple jacks. Not exactly the best day. Jeannie
