Well, just got home a short time ago..not super hungry, so going to try and withhold till breakfast....... The way I figure things I need to lose 2 lbs. a week to meet my goal by November 1st. Have a good night everyone.

I had my oatmeal in the morning with toast
At noon I ate with mom,had chicken noodle and a piece of fruit.usually drink water
Healthy Choice Honey Balsamic Chicken for dinner
Finished off the day yesterday with a Sweet and Salty Nut Peanut granola bar and 2/3 cup 2% milk and coffee.
