Well, just got home a short time ago..not super hungry, so going to try and withhold till breakfast....... The way I figure things I need to lose 2 lbs. a week to meet my goal by November 1st. Have a good night everyone.

Love the point system,I was wondering about it.
I had my oatmeal in the morning with toast
At noon I ate with mom,had chicken noodle and a piece of fruit.usually drink water
Healthy Choice Honey Balsamic Chicken for dinner

Sorry so late! Hubby's birthday today...

Egg whites, zucchini, tomoatoes, garlic, oregano, protein shake, water, trout, salad, wheat wrap, chicken breast, spinach, sundried tomatoes, banana bread

And I resisted a HUGE piece of chocolate cake for my husband's birthday dessert!!!

Finished off the day yesterday with a Sweet and Salty Nut Peanut granola bar and 2/3 cup 2% milk and coffee.
