Good morning all!

While I haven't loss any additional weight this weekI'm still maintaining a 5 lb. loss since beginning of goal setting, so I guess I'm still ahead of the game. Less than 5 weeks untill Disneyso I'm really going to pump it up a bit...http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e334/puzzlessue/Smiley%20Life/a12.gif (broken link). Well, off to work this morning and a bit sad to miss my daughter's soccerand my son's football game tried to get off but doesn't always work. So, what is everyone doing today? I've been missing some of your postings and hoping your coming back soon..... Have a fabulous day everyone and will be checking in later......... Jeannie

The points system is great. If I stick to the points, I lose about 2 pounds per week. I know WW owns the points system, but I have seen the points stated on different recipes. I hope it is all right to put those here.

I see you got my post before I edited. I didn't like the way that sentence sounded, but that is all right.

I hope this will encourage someone else! You can eat more than you think and still lose.

I'll have to look for that point system, sounds like it might just work for me.

So far I have had a coffee with organic milk and a breakfast cookie, it was apple and cinnamon and I am going to pretend that it was good for me.

See ya'll later.

Been shopping at Sam's and got lots of good for you foods and some that are not so good for you. My dh is going for more groceries at our local HT while I prepare lunch. I won't be putting the points down any more. I didn't feel comfortable doing that. Don't want to get in trouble with Weight Watchers. I can recommend the system. Whoever invented it has to be a genius.

baked Mesquite chicken breast
small corn on the cob--no butter, just a little salt
nectarine
2/3 cup 2% milk and coffee
one whole cucumber cut in half with sprinkle of salt
one Hersey's candy kiss--yum, yum---Yes, I CAN eat just one.

I had a half tuna sandwich on ww for lunch with an apple. Water to drink and am now drinking a diet coke. Not hungry for dinner, and hubby is working so maybe I might just steam up my brussel sprouts and just have them for dinner. But I got ice cream in the freezer, lets see if I can go all night without a small bowl (lite of course)..
